Prior to entering the field of real estate sales, I was a real estate law clerk for 20 years in various cities including Toronto, Barrie, Pembroke and Kingston. This allowed me to assist buyers and sellers with the completion of their real estate transactions and provided me with invaluable experience as to the problems encountered every day in real estate transactions.
